Chop Suey With Bean Sprouts
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Beef||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Pork||1 Pound, diced|
|Stalk celery||1 Large|
|Chop suey sauce||20 Fluid Ounce (Use One No. 3 Bottle)|
|Canned bean sprouts||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
Brown meat with onions.
Cut celery in small pieces.
Put meat, celery and onions in a kettle to cook.
Add chop suey sauce and 1 cup water.
Drain liquid from bean sprouts and mushrooms and add to kettle.
Cook till done.
Add bean sprouts and mushrooms; thicken with cornstarch.
Do not add salt.
Serve over rice or chow meinnoodles.
