|Boneless chicken breast half||1|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken bouillon granules||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pepper white||1 Dash|
|Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange||1 , peeled, sectioned|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)|
Place chicken between two sheets of waxed paper, and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin, set aside.
Microwave orange juice in a shallow 1-quart casserole at HIGH for 1 minute, add bouillon granules, stirring until dissolved.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Add chicken and green onions to bouillon, cover and microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 2 to 4 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning chicken over and giving dish a half-turn after 1 minute.
Add orange, cover and microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds.
Serve over rice.
