|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine eggs, water, and salt in the Bosch bowl.
Using the dough hook, add flour, and knead until smooth.
Press through the spaghetti disc on the Bosch pasta attachment.
Deepfat fry in hot oil until lightly browned and crisp.
Serve with Chinese dishes or enjoy as a snack.
Makes approximately 6 cups.
Egg Noodles Regular egg noodles may also be prepared from this recipe.
Shape as desired.
Omit deepfat frying.
Allow to air dry before using (approximately 2 hours), or drop into simmering water or broth as they are made.
