Quick 'N Easy Golden Gate Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Onions spring 1 Pound
  Coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coriander powder 1 Medium, chopped (0.5 Cup)
  Cumin powder 3 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce (Drained Reserve 0.25 Cup Liquid)
  Chinese vegetables 1 Pound (Drained)
  Brown gravy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Molasses Type)
  Chow mein noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Trim excess fat from meat.
Cut steak diagonally into very thin strips.
Lightly grease large skillet with excess fat; brown meat on both sides.
Stir in celery, onion, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and broth.
Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and reserved mushroom liquid; gradually stir into meat mixture.
Add mushrooms, Chinese vegetables and brown gravy sauce.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
