Ham n Mandarin Salad
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), halved|
|Finely cubed cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin orange segments||11 Ounce, drained|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh mint||1 Teaspoon|
Rub salad bowl with cut clove of garlic.
Combine ham, celery, onion, walnuts and orange segments in bowl; cover and chill.
Just before serving, blend pepper, mayonnaise, cream and vinegar; pour over ham mixture.
Toss until ingredients are well coated.
Garnish with watercress.
