Half cup minced scallion or Spring onions.
Use only white part.
1 cup chilli oil, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons soya sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons sesame paste.
Mix all the seasonings together in a bowl, add minced scallion and make a sauce.
Use as dressing or dip.
