Chinese Egg-Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the eggs, water, salt and pepper together, and make an omelet.
Cut into pieces.
Proceed as for fried rice and add to the cooked rice just before serving.
