Orange Chicken Delicious

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken/6 chicken breast halves 3 Pound
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fat 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Orange marmalade 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Orange juice/Half chicken broth 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange 1
Directions

Rub chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Brown in hot fat (start with about 2 tablespoons and add more as needed). Pour excess fat from pan. Combine remaining ingredients except orange slices and rice, and add to chicken. Cover and simmer for about one-half hour, or until chicken is fork tender. Add orange slices; simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve with Almond Rice.
