Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 1 Can (10 oz)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 6 tablespoons syrup.
Mix cornstarch and brown sugar in small saucepan; stir in vinegar, soy sauce arid reserved pineapple syrup.
Add pineapple; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for about 2 minutes.
Serve over beef, pork or chicken.
