Stir Fried Rice

An easy solution for leftover plain white rice.
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Yellow bell pepper 1⁄4 , sliced
  Red bell pepper 1⁄4 , sliced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 , sliced
  Green onion stalks 2 , chopped
  Tomatoes 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Eggs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a skillet and add in the vegetables, stir fry for a few minutes.
2. Add in the rice and mix well. Make place in the center of the skillet and break eggs, scramble well and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Season with soy sauce and pepper.

SERVING
4. Serve Fried rice with Vegetable or Chicken Manchurian and enjoy!
