Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Boiled rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
  Schezwan sauce 3 Tablespoon (as per taste)
  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (onion, carrots, cabbage, bell pepper and green onion cut length wise)
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, finely minced
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, finely minced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan or wok to medium high and add the vegetables and give a quick stir.
2. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and schezwan sauce and sauté until cooked.
3. Stir adding salt to taste and mix in the cooked rice stirring well.

SERVING
4. Transfer to a plate and serve.
