1) Clean the pork ribs.
2) Mix pork ribs with all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Leave covered in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
3) Prepare the steamer.
4) Remove the pork from the marinade and put it in a heatproof dish.
5) Put the dish in the steamer and steam the ribs at high heat for about 20-25 minutes.
6) Mix the black beans with the oil to make the sauce.
7) Serve the pork ribs while they are still hot, with the black bean sauce on side.
