Steamed Pork Ribs With Black Bean Sauce

  Pork ribs 240 Gram
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled
  Spring onion whites 2 Small
  Spring onion green 1 Small
  Red chili 1 Small
  Black bean 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shaoxing wine 1 Tablespoon (pork marinade)
  Oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Dark soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Chicken powder 3 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
  Water 1 Teaspoon (pork marinade)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Clean the pork ribs.
2) Mix pork ribs with all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Leave covered in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
3) Prepare the steamer.

MAKING
4) Remove the pork from the marinade and put it in a heatproof dish.
5) Put the dish in the steamer and steam the ribs at high heat for about 20-25 minutes.
6) Mix the black beans with the oil to make the sauce.

SERVING
7) Serve the pork ribs while they are still hot, with the black bean sauce on side.
