Curry Noodle Salad

Ingredients
  Noodle 100 Gram
  Onion 1 Ounce, chopped
  Apple 2 Medium, pineapple
  Gouda cheese 80 Gram
  Corn 80 Gram, washed
  Cocktail tomatoes 5 Small
  Peas 30 Gram
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ham slices 3 Large
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Large
  Pickled cucumbers 2 Small, chopped
  Yogurt 200 Gram (Dressing)
  Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
  Pepper 1 Pinch (Dressing)
  Sour cream 1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grate the cheese and wash in cold water.

MAKING
2) In a large pot of boiling water, add the salt and peas. Once the peas have boiled, drain them and set aside.
3) In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, pepper, sour cream and curry powder.
4) Add the apples and mix well to coat.
5) Next, add the noodles, onion, corn, tomatoes and boiled peas. Follow with garlic, ham, bell peppers and cucumbers.
6) Mix all the ingredients together well. Ensure that all ingredients have been coated with the dressing.

SERVING
7) Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and serve while still fresh.
