Kung Pao Style Shrimp

How many of you love to eat Chinese cuisine? For all of you, here is an excellent appetizer recipe, known as Kung Pao shrimp. You can easily prepare this at home and can serve at any time of the season. Watch the video to learn the process of marination and grilling.
Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Large shrimp 1 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill on medium high.

MAKING
2. In a shallow bowl add in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, and red chili flakes. Whisk well all the ingredients.
3. Add in the shrimp to marinate and toss to coat.
4. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until opaque throughout.

SERVING
5. Serve Kung Pao Shrimp with Margarita.

This is such a beautiful recipe. I love shrimp the most among seafood along with the occasional lobster.. I was wondering though, don't the shrimp need to be marinated for at least half hour or one hour?? will the flavors blend in such a short time if we cook them right after tossing them in the marinade?

This Kung Pao Shrimp looks a really yummy spicy treat. Its not very oily along with being spicy. I think I'll love it this way.
