Mandarin Orange Souffle

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange sherbet 1 Pint
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mandarin oranges 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Drained)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water; add orange juice.
Cool slightly.
Stir in sherbet and sour cream; chill until slightly thickened.
Add fruits and 1/2 cup coconut.
Pour into 2-quart mold or 12 individual molds;.
Chill and serve.
