Chow Mein Burgers
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chop suey vegetables||1 Pound, drained|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Split hamburger buns||8 , toasted|
|Chow mein noodles||1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz)|
Combine ground beef and onions in skillet; cook until tender.
Mix 1/3 cup water, soy sauce and cornstarch; stir into beef mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Spoon onto bot- tom halves of buns; sprinkle with chow mein noo- dles.
Cover with bun tops.
