Chow Mein Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chop suey vegetables 1 Pound, drained
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Split hamburger buns 8 , toasted
  Chow mein noodles 1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ground beef and onions in skillet; cook until tender.
Add vegetables.
Mix 1/3 cup water, soy sauce and cornstarch; stir into beef mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Spoon onto bot- tom halves of buns; sprinkle with chow mein noo- dles.
Cover with bun tops.
