1. In a pan heat oil, fry the onion, garlic and the chopped vegetables. Add some bamboo shoot and baby corn to the vegetables. Mix well and let it cook.
2. Finally add the tofu cubes, the Ma Po tofu sauce and a little bit of water. Combine it well and let it cook.
