Easy Chinese Mo Pa Tofu

  Tofu 500 Gram, cubed
  Carrots 3 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Large, cut into strips 2 inches long
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Bamboo shoot 2 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long
  Baby corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic cloves 6 Medium, chopped finely
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Oil 3 Tablespoon (For frying)
  Ma po tofu sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. In a pan heat oil, fry the onion, garlic and the chopped vegetables. Add some bamboo shoot and baby corn to the vegetables. Mix well and let it cook.
2. Finally add the tofu cubes, the Ma Po tofu sauce and a little bit of water. Combine it well and let it cook.

1. Serve hot with noodles or rice.
