Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Water/Chicken stock 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar/Honey- 1 cup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Scallions 2 , minced
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine water, brown sugar or honey, vinegar, lemon juice, scallions, catsup, sherry and soy sauce boil it
2. In a saucepan, now combine cornstarch with water, stir till it thickens
3. Serve hot or if you want to serve cold, then store in refrigerator for sometime

SERVING
4. Serve with poultry, pork, fish or vegetables
