Ginger and Orange Chicken
|Garlic cloves||2 Medium|
|Minced ginger||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||4 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1)In a large skillet, heat oil.
2)Add garlic through press and put in skillet when chicken is turned and becomes brown.
3)Peel oranges and cut half.
4)Separate it into segments and then add to chicken when second side is browned.
5)Add ginger to chicken with basil, vinegar, orange juice salt and pepper.
6)Cover and cook over medium-high heat, until chicken is tender, about 15 minutes more.
7)Serve it hot.
