Chinese Fish Fillets
|Fish fillets||1 Pound (Such As Flounder, Blue, Pollock, Haddock)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small|
|Powdered ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|White rice vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)Turn on broiler.
2)Put the garlic through press and mix with ginger, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.
3)Place fish fillets on foil in shallow pan and brush with basting-sauce mixture.
4)Allow to sit while preparing rest of meal.
5)Broil fish about 5 minutes, basting twice before serving.
Fish is done when it flakes easily with fork and is no longer translucent.
