Chinese Vegetable Chop Suey

This veggie chop suey is easy to prepare. Everyone should try this!
Ingredients
  Fresh garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Bamboo shoots 1 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water chestnuts 1 Tablespoon
  Bok choy 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Five spice powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion celery carrot broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Medium heat a large saucepan.
2. Add olive oil to the pan.
3. Add ginger, garlic, onion, carrot, mushrooms, celery, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bok choy and soy sauce.
4. Add sugar, five spice powder, and vegetable broth.
5. Stir them, cover the pan.
6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Serve on a plate.
