Chinese Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled and cut into matchsticks
  Bean sprout 8 Ounce, washed and drained (225 grams / 4 cups)
  Red peppers 2 , halved, deseeded and finely sliced
  Canned sweetcorn 8 Ounce, drained (1 can, 198 gram)
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
For lemon dressing
  Lemon juice 2⁄3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (4 tablespoons)
  Soy sauce 2⁄3 Tablespoon
  Single cream 2⁄3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a screw topped jar put all the dressing ingredients with seasoning and sugar to taste and shake well.
2. In a bowl put all the ingredients pour over the dressing and toss nicely.

SERVING
3. Serve into individual bowls with chopped parsley sprinkled on top
