Steamed Chinese Vegetables

Ingredients
  Green beans/Carrots, cauliflower, broccoli or brussel sprouts 1 Pound
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take all the vegetables and wash them.
2) Wash the vegetables and slice them.

MAKING
3) Take a skillet and heat oil.
4) Add the vegetables and cook for few minutes.
5) Add soy sauce, sugar and broth.
6) Steam the vegetables for 8-10 minutes on low heat.

SERVING
7) Serve the dish in 6 individual serving bowl.
