Chinese Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  Canned crab 6 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Canned shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Eggs 4 , hard boiled and sliced
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Green onions with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Canned pineapple cubes 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned chow mein noodles/Rice noodles 3 Ounce, fried (1 can)
  Lettuce 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Remove any cartilage from crabmeat

MAKING
2. Mix crab, shrimp, eggs, celery, green pepper, onions and pineapple, mix together mayonnaise and vinegar
3. Pour over crab mixture and refrigerate overnight
4. Just before serving add noodles and toss gently

SERVING
5. Serve on lettuce leaves
