Pepper Steak

If you don't want to go out for chinese pepper steak, you can make your own!
  Beef 300 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water/Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sauce thickener 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Green pepper/Red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Potato 40 Gram, sliced

1. In a pan, heat oil on medium heat, place beef cut, drizzle with soy sauce and worcestershire sauce.
2. Sprinkle with black pepper, rosemary, and basil. Add onion, celery, garlic and stir.
3. Add potatoes, pour water to simmer. Add sauce thickener, stir and cook covered for 20 minutes on low heat.
4. Add carrot, and green peppers, cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

5. Serve hot with rice.
