Chop Suey Salad

This Chop Suey Salad tastes exactly like my mom used to make it; now, some of my peers say it tastes even better. You too would want to try out this extremely simple, yet delicious recipe for Chop Suey Salad and lte me know how it turned out for you!
Ingredients
  Diced chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet pickles 4
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 2
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, walnuts, pickles, onion and eggs.
Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
Add enough of this mixture to chicken mixture to moisten well; season to taste with salt and pepper and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heap in a lettuce lined salad bowl and garnish with green pepper rings, raw carrot straw and wal- nut halves.
Serve additional dressing separately.
