Hot Chinese Mustard
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
1. In cup or small bowl add dry mustard, gradually add cold water(or flat beer if desired), stirring until thoroughly mixed.
2. Make only the amount needed at a time, since it dries on standing.
3. Serve with appetizers such as egg roll, sliced pork, shrimp or cubes of cheese and ham.
