Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Slivered bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded chinese cabbage/Coarsely shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Radish 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Make thin long match sized strips of chiken and Add it in soy sauce for marinating.

MAKING
2.Mix chciken, bamboo shoots, lettuce, nuts and radish in a bowl and shake well.
3.Separately, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger.
4.Drizzle the vinegar mixture over salad.

SERVING
5.Serve in a dish.
