Chinese Chicken Salad
|Cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered bamboo shoots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded chinese cabbage/Coarsely shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Radish||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Powdered ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1.Make thin long match sized strips of chiken and Add it in soy sauce for marinating.
2.Mix chciken, bamboo shoots, lettuce, nuts and radish in a bowl and shake well.
3.Separately, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger.
4.Drizzle the vinegar mixture over salad.
5.Serve in a dish.
