Spiced Cucumber In Schezwan Sauce

Ingredients
  Chili vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Ching's Secret)
  Ching's secret schezwan sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumbers 2 Large, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced, or diced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a bowl combine Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar, Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce, sugar, chilli flakes, and coriander leaves and mix well. Add cucumber slices/dices and mix well. Arrange the slices on a serving plate and serve. For best results keep in a refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
