Blanch all the pok choi, drain and keep aside
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and stir fry for about half a minute. Add pok choi and mix well. Add Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, white wine o the vegetables and mix well. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
