Garlic Soya Bok Choy

Ingredients
  Chin's secret soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Bok choy 4 Bunch (400 gm), diced
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blanch all the pok choi, drain and keep aside
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and stir fry for about half a minute. Add pok choi and mix well. Add Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, white wine o the vegetables and mix well. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
