Flank Steak Chinese Style

Ingredients
  Fried rice mix 7 Ounce (1 package)
  Flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Red pepper 1
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Canned bamboo shoots 5 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Canned bean sprouts 5 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 As per the package label directions, prepare the rice mix.
2 Slice the steak across the grain 1/4 inch thick, about 1 1/2 inches long using a sharp knife.
3 Wash the pepper thoroughly and removing the seeds and ribs, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips.
4 In a very large skillet, heat oil and saute the flank steak for about 5 minutes or just until brown and tender.
5 Add in onion and pepper strips, cook on high heat for about 3 minutes or until tender.
6 Mix in the bamboo shoots along with 3 tablespoons soy sauce and ginger; heat.
7 Transfer to a heated platter.

SERVING
8 Serve with rice and soy sauce.
