Chinese Bamboo Shoots Salad

Ingredients
  Canned bamboo shoots 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained and thinly sliced
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix well to combine all ingredients and allow to stand for 1 hour before serving, tossing occasionally.

SERVING
2. Serve with roast duck, chicken or pork.

TIP
Substitute vegetable oil, preferably peanut, for sesame oil, if desired.
