Fusion Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ripe olives 6
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, place the first five ingredients and mix well. Chill till required.
2. When the bowl is completely chilled, add the soy sauce and the mayonnaise and mix well
3. Stir this well

SERVING
4. Serve immediately on greens with a garnish of olives.
