Gyoza

Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Minced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced chives 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ajino-moto 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shoyu 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Wonton 40
Directions

Mix everything together well.
Place one heaping teaspoon on won ton pi and seal.
Place in frying pan with about 2 Tbsps oil, cover and cook until bottom is crisp.
Top will be soft.
Serve with dipping sauce.
