Sauteed Chinese Cabbage

|Butter/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chinese cabbage||1 Small, trimmed and shredded|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Heat the butter in a deep frying pan.
Add the cabbage.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring 3 times.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
