Ingredients
  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Condensed chicken bouillon 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Celery stalk 1 , thinly sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Watercress 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Firmly Packed For Measuring)
Directions

Cut pork into shreds, add to water, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add bouillon, onion, celery, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes more.
Add watercress to soup and bring to a boil.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts, or 4 servings.
