|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Minced celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine beef, celery, almonds, garlic and salt; mix well.
Add crumbs, soy sauce, ajinomoto and eggs, mix well.
Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll in cornstarch.
Heat oil in large skillet and brown meatballs on all sides until thoroughly cooked.
Serve with Pineapple Sauce.
