Parmesan Wonton Crisps
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Stack the wonton wrappers, then cut them in half diagonally to make 60 triangles.
Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil no-stick spray.
Arrange the wonton wrappers in a single layer so the edges are not touching.
Spray with the no-stick spray and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown and crisp.
