Szechuan Shrimp

Ingredients
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Large shrimp 1 Pound, shelled
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a wok or large heavy skillet, heat oil and sauté shrimp, green onion, ginger and garlic in it until shrimps are pink.
2) Stir in sherry, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
3) Blend in catsup, chili sauce and red pepper flakes.

SERVING
4) Serve at once.
