Ingredients
  Onion soup mix 2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)
  Cornstarch 6 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Bell peppers 4 , cut into 1 inch squares
  Celery ribs 6 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Green onions 16 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Green onions 16 , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Chicken breasts 4 , boned, cubed 1 inch
  Boned chicken breasts 4 , cubed into 1 inch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water chestnut 1 Can (10 oz), thinly sliced
  Pimento 4 Ounce, cut into strips (1 Jar)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together onion soup mix, two teaspoons of cornstarch, two tablespoons of soy sauce, two of oil and garlic and mix it thoroughly
2. Add chicken, mix well to coat and marinate for twenty minutes; heat the remaining oil in a skillet and saute peppers and celery over a high flame for three minutes
3. Add green onions and cook for another couple of minutes; remove it from the pan, add chicken to it and cook for three minutes
4. In a small bowl, combine water, remaining cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce; add it to the skillet with the vegetables, water chestnuts and chicken and simmer for another couple of minutes

SERVING
5. Add pimento and serve over rice or noodles
