Mandarin Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Green onions 6 , diced
  Canned mandarin oranges 12 Ounce, drained (Use 2 Cans, 6 Ounce Each)
  Slivered almonds 14 Ounce (Use 2 Packs, 7 Ounce Each)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, add butter, sugar and almonds; sauté until roasted well.
2. Let the almonds cool down.

FINALISING
3. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients along with roasted almonds.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
