Ingredients
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in small pieces
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in small pieces
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tuna/3 small cans tuna 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz)
  Canned bean sprouts 19 Ounce (1 Can, 1 Cup)
  Chow mein noodles 19 Ounce (1 Can, 1 Box)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms/1 cup raw mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water chestnuts/Almonds 1 Can (10 oz), drained and sliced
Directions

Mix all together.
Bake 50 minutes at 350°F (or 325°F for pyrex).
Cover for first 25 minutes.
