Pork and Chinese Cabbage In Orange Sauce
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (No Sugar Added)|
|Chinese cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Low calorie apricot spread||2 Teaspoon (16 Calories Per 2 Teaspoons)|
|Granulated brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Arrowroot||1 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water|
|Pork cubes||6 Ounce, broiled (1-Inch Cubes)|
1 In 1-quart saucepan, add orange juice and bring to a boil.
2 Add in cabbage, vinegar, apricot spread, and sugar.
3 Cook until the cabbage is slightly softened, stirring occasionally.
4 Pour in the dissolved arrowroot and cook stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened.
5 Stir in the pork and cook until heated throughly.
6 Serve hot.
