Ingredients
  Bell pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)

  Italian tomato 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned italian tomato paste 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper red 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cooked turkey/Chicken / shrimp as substitute 4 Pound, diced
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sherry wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 6
  Eggs 6 , hard cooked and diced
  Parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon
  Chow mein noodles/Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chow mein noodles/Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked (As Desired)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat bacon drippings.
2) When hot, saute bell pepper, celery, onion and garlic, until soft.
3) To this, add tomato paste, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, catsup, sugar, red pepper, black pepper and salt.
4) Simmer this mixture for 2 to 3 hours.

FINALIZING
5) Just before serving, add turkey (chicken or shrimp), mushrooms, wine and eggs.

SERVING
6) Serve the sauce over rice or noodles, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

TIPS
7) It's important to garnish with Parmesan cheese, especially while using shrimp in stead of turkey.
