Buttery Szechuan Popcorn

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, whipped
  Sweet whipped butter 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon, whipped
  Sweet margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Popcorn 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Plain popcorn 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Oil Popped)
  Oat cereal 3⁄4 Ounce, toasted (Whole Grain)
  Cereal 3⁄4 Ounce
  Dry roasted peanuts 1⁄2 Ounce, shelled
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Ounce, shelled
  Garlic powder 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small microwavable bowl, melt butter and margarine on High for 40 seconds.
2. Add soy sauce; stir.

FINALISING
3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix popcorn and cereal.
4. Pour the butter-margarine mixture over the popcorn-cereal mixture and toss well to coat evenly.
5. Toss in the remaining ingredients with butter coated popcorn-cereal mixture.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately.
