Orange Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 , frozen
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onions 4 Medium, finely chopped
  Pearl onions 2 Small, pickled
  Green olives 1 Large, stuffed
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the chickens into 4 pieces each.
2) Preheat oven slowly to 175 degrees C.

MAKING
3) In a bowl marinate chicken in soy sauce for about half an hour.
4) Take out chicken from marinade and put in a greased roasting tin.
5) Pour soy sauce and orange juice over the chicken.
6) Sprinkle chopped onions on top.
7) Bake in oven for approx. 1 hour.
8) Baste the chicken frequently with sauce.
9) Ten minutes before taking it out of oven add olives and pickled onions.
10) Take out dish from oven.

SERVING
11) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
12) Serve with noodles or fluffy rice.
