|Fresh orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Rice wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dark sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, whisk the orange zest and juice, both vinegars, soy sauce, and mustard together.
2) While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in both oils and continue whisking until emulsified.
3) Use as required.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and bring to room temperature before using.
