Chinese Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Boneless beef pot roast 3 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Dip the roast in flour.
2) In a saucepan, brown the roast in oil. Put the cooked meat in a slow cooker.
3) Top with the salt, pepper and onions.
4) Combine together the water, soy sauce and ginger and pour the mixture all over the meat.
5) Cover the cooker and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot with rice after slicing the meat.
