Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh asparagus 1 Pound, sliced diagonally
Directions

MAKING
1. Skim the fat from off the broth and mis it with cornstarch and soy sauce; set aside
2. In a skillet, melt margarine and saute onions in it till golden brown; add asparagus to it and stir fry for three minutes
3. Add broth mixture to it and cook till the sauce turns clear; keep stirring

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
