Mandarin Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1 Medium
  Leaf lettuce 1 Medium
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Green onions 2 , sliced on the diagonal
  Frozen pea pods 16 Ounce, thawed and well drained
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed salted peanuts 1 Tablespoon
  Salted peanuts 4 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Tear lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
2) Put the lettuce in a large salad bowl.

MAKING
3) Put water chestnuts, mushrooms, onions, and pea pods over lettuce.

SERVING
4) Before serving, add sprouts and peanuts on top.
5) In a bowl add oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.
6) Pour the dressing over salad.
